  Hi there,

  Similar to my reply in this thread, can you see if you’re able to make the changes you need via the Colours & Backgrounds panel of the WordPress.com Customizer?

  If you’re not able to make the specific changes you need using the options available there, let me know and I can then assist with CSS.
