Change image size in my posts

  Hi
  I’d like to change the image size of my posts on my frontpage. I want to make them a little lower.

  Hi,
  I have seen your blog, it is possible to reduced the height of the image by setting it to 230px.
  With the use of inspect element I have done the height of the image to 230px it looks good then the another image having size of 262px
