change in blog name

  I started my blog as propensities.wordpress.com

  I then changed the name to bootlesscries.wordpress.com

  When I comment on others’ blogs and then click on my username – it directs me to propensities.wordpress.com and says that the blog has been deleted.
  How can I change this so it directs it to the new name?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Dashboard > Users > Personal Settings > scroll to the bottom of page > Change ‘website’ url > Save
