change in facebook account affecting publicizing of posts?

  My facebook account got hacked into so I had to change my password and now I can’t get my blog to link and publicize to my facebook page, it doesn’t seem to recognize my account. How do I get my posts to start showing up on my facebook page now that I’ve changed my facebook password?
