Change in mandatory address at a Premium subscription?

  Hello,
  I plan to take a pack prénium but when registering it asks me to change your address: instead of https://sottevilleaufildutemps.wordpress.com he wants to impose myself the same address but with “blog” more : https://sottevilleaufildutempsblog.wordpress.com
  Is not he able to keep the same address?

  And if I change my address, is there a redirect from the old to the new (is that the former will always work)?

  Oops, I realized my mistake: I went through the custom design, thus creating a test blog, instead of spending by choosing “shop”.
  By cons now, my credit card is declined (there is much the sum on the account) because the system assumes an attempted fraud. It’s really hard to open a prénium pack! You really want to pay, lol!
