  I attempted to exit my new phone number on my administration page a month ago, and an error kept persisting. Every email log in attempt returns an invalid response. I need my new phone number updated so I can regain access to my site

  You can access your site by using on of the backup codes you got when you set up 2FA – https://wordpress.com/support/security/two-step-authentication/#backup-codes
