Change in plan & domain mapping

  Hello, I recently stepped down from the Business Plan to the Premium Plan. But it seems like the domain mapping stopped working? When I type my domain address into my search engine (the domain I own that previously mapped to my WordPress site), my website is no longer visible online/says there may be security issues.

  Hi there:

  I’m showing that you’re still on the Business plan and that your site is loading properly.

  However, if you do intend to downgrade your plan, you need to get in touch with WordPress.com support via email or live chat and they can better advise on your next steps which may involve reverting your site (meaning any content you’ve added since you had a Business plan may be reverted as well).
