Change in theme not showing up in my server account

    I uploaded the blog files to my webserver (on hostly.com) and I can see the the blog home page at this address: http://www.designreilly.net/blog/ , but the blog is a completely different theme then the one I have chosen for designreilly.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

    And when I update my theme in the dashboard, it is not updating on server account? Somehow it is not connecting to my dashboard address: designreilly.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ , or is it? I seem to have all of the links that I added — it’s just that it is showing the correct theme I have chosen.

    Please advise. If I can see a blog from my server account then how do I access this
    What did I do wrong? How can I connect to http://www.designreilly.net/blog/ ?? Do I need to buy a custom domain?
