Change in WordPress URL and Site URL. HELP!

I’m recently working on a part time job creating content for a client. I changed the wordpress url and the site url but it only says error 404 after hitting save changes. I’ve done a lot of research but it just says that I have to upload the index.php. Problem is i don’t have the index.php since it was an accident that I wasn’t able to back up. I don’t know so much about the technicalities of wordpress so i don’t know what to do. Please help. I have two installed plugins that can’t be removed. How can I revert it back and make it work again? :(

Actually the website I am working on is http://www.lezionidimusicatorino.com/ and I just changed it to http://everythingjewelry.com.

The site is still a self. Hosted site. We are unable to help you because we use a different system.
