Change Language of "Read more" Button | Veni Theme

Hi there,
I’m currently working on my blog with the “Veni Theme” and everything works well so far and this forum has already been very helpful.
One thing where I couldn’t find a solution for, is the “read more button” on the landing page. I have incorporated featured pages as well as the newest blog posts and there is always automatically a “read more button” which is great. However, as the blog is in German it would nice to change it to “Weiterlesen” or anything similar. The WP page is set in German already.
Is there a possibility to change the language for that via the additional css section via the customizer? Or is there another easy way for it?

It looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
