Change language of ‘Read more of this post’

My weblog (http://stefanvlieger10.wordpress.com) is in Dutch, but when I post something and use the ‘read more tag’, it appears in English. How can I change the language of this line?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Open index.php in the Theme Editor.
Do a search for that text and replace it with the Dutch version.
You probably have to do that in archive.php also for the category pages

Not helpful at all, wpbum. We have no Theme Editor here. We do not have php access. Your instructions do not relate to WordPress.com blogs.

You can also change it by hand in the meantime, by going to the HTML editor and changing the wording.
