Change language of the Subscription Management page

    I have a blog in Spanish and when people suscribe they get an email asking them to confirm their subscription . Everything in fine until they get to the Subscription Management page that is completely in english. Most people that follow my blog do not speak english, I was wondering if there was any way to change the language .
