Change “leave a reply” text?

  Is it possible to change the default heading “leave a reply” to something personalized? Similarly, can the “no comments” or “2 comments” default text be changed?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No, not really. That is defined in the underlying theme files and we do not have access to those.

  You could change your theme, that’s about it.
