I have a linked blog in my account with an incorrect URL. According to all the instructions, I should be able to change my linked blogs, but those options are not available to me. What have I not set up correctly? How can I access and edit these links?

The problem is that the address the link points to no longer exists. It was a test page set up by the web hosting service. Now it seems that the address is “stuck” in WordPress, and there is no page to link to.

As a result, I am unable to configure Jetpack on my site https://ad70.se because Jetpack believes the site is located at https://t.ad70.se.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

I’ve disconnected that site from your WordPress.com account, and you can now connect to the correct one.

Here are the instructions on how to connect Jetpack to WordPress.com: https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/

If this doesn’t work or you have more questions, just let me know, and I’ll be happy to help.

Thank you so much for your prompt response! However, I’m still unable to connect my site https://ad70.se to Jetpack. When I click on the “Set Up Jetpack” button, I receive the error message: “An error occurred. Please try again.” I have tried most things, but I can’t seem to find a way forward. I thought (and hoped) that the issue was the incorrect linking to the old address t.ad70.se, but it seems that’s not the case. Do you have any suggestions on how I can get Jetpack up and running (and subsequently Google Ads as well)?

    Hello,

Thank you for testing that. We are able to help with some basic Jetpack connection issues, but in this case, it sounds like you may need the direct help of Jetpack staff to resolve it. I recommend reaching out to Jetpack support directly for assistance with this specific issue. You can contact them through their support channels here:
    https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/

As for Google Ads, once Jetpack is up and running, you should be able to set up Google Ads by following their instructions or by using a plugin like “Site Kit by Google” to connect and manage your ads on your site.

If there’s anything else I can help with, feel free to let me know!

    Hello,

Thank you very much for your assistance and for the direction provided. I appreciate the support you’ve given regarding the basic Jetpack connection issues. Following your recommendation, I will reach out to the Jetpack support team directly for further help with this particular issue.

I also take note of the advice on setting up Google Ads once Jetpack is functional, and I’ll be sure to follow the guidance provided or consider using “Site Kit by Google” as suggested.

Thank you once again for your time and help.

    Best regards,

    Tjing!
    Sofia Asklund
