how can I change the color of my links so that they are blue instead of black under published. My links seem to be blue when I am in the editor mode but black when published.

As I can see, you’re having a free plan which only allows you to choose the color palettes from your customizer.
Go to Customize>>Colors and Backgrounds and you will see the different color palettes to choose.

But if you want to change the color of the specific section of the website, it requires the custom CSS which is only allowed if you have a Premium or a Business plan.

It means for a free plan, you can only use the built-in color palettes.

No, I am able to change text color, I want my hyperlinks to be blue instead of black when published. So Hyperlinks are supposed to be blue as the ones you suggested above, but look like the rest of the text only underlined.
