change links to point to another directory

  Hello, I’ve managed to install WordPress in a folder called ‘blog’. I’ve got the site root going straight to WordPress from the root url – http://www.nidhana.com

  but I can’t seem to make the permalinks point to the right place, all it needs is another directory in the link eg

  http://nidhana.com/tantric-healing/about-nidhana/

  should be:

  http://nidhana.com/blog/tantric-healing/about-nidhana/

  can anybody help?
