change location of "In Other News Box"?

I’m curious if it’s possible to move the “In Other News” Box from the middle to the side. It makes the “Latest Post” pretty teeny, so I’d love to bump that over if possible.

You cannot do any of that without purchasing you annually renewable custom design upgrade and doing the required CSS editing.
