Change "log in" text in default profile menu

  I’m using WordPress default menus. https://eltbuzz.com/video

  All is fine except for anonymous visitors, the default profile menu (a drop down menu) says “log in”. I’d like to change that text to “login/register”. What file can I edit?

  Any help is appreciated.

  Ok. Succeeded. I edited the text in – includes/template-login.php
