  I have looked everywhere how to change logo and when I go to ‘Site Identity’ it does not show an option to ‘Change Logo’ Only shows change image which I did and it did nothing. I also went to header image and uploaded my new logo which also did nothing. Please help as my company name has changed and I need this fixed.

  Hello Mike,

  On which site are you working? The only site I see in your account is https://greenislepm.wordpress.com/, and that site only contains a single post published in 2018.

  Our instructions for changing a site logo only applies to sites hosted on WordPress.com, or using the site logo feature added by the Jetpack plugin.

  If your site is hosted somewhere else, and not using Jetpack, the logo is either coming from another plugin, or from the theme you’re using, so you’ll need to follow the instructions for that plugin/theme to change it.
