Change Menu and Sidebar Heading Color in WordPress HostingPress Theme

  Hi,

  How can I change the menu selection and on-hover color, sidebar and footer heading color in WordPress HostingPress theme.

  I have implemented it for testing on http://gulfstocklots.cybolutions.com and now I want to change blue color to yellow
