I’d like to change the color of the menu bar of my blog https://claudiayenrique.wordpress.com/ (now it’s blue/green). Can someone help me? I’m sure it’s easy but I can’t find it! The theme is Dara.
Thanks!

Hi, @claudiapey,
Here is what you want:
My Sites → Customize→ Colors & Backgrounds
Click on the Palette button on the background color.
Six options will appear if you are on the Free Plan.
Let me know how this works for you.
Happy Blogging.

Hi @claudiapey,
@happyathometoday provided a great solution.
As an additional information, if you have the Premium plan or the Business plan, more color choices are available for the menu bar via Custom Colors feature.Change Colors

Hi
I had the same problem and I ended up having to edit the Hex code directly.
Go to appearance and then editor. Click on the Stylesheet (style.css) find the code of the colour you want to change then paste in the new hex code and save. will take about 10mins for the change go live.hope this helps.

@jagzc: Thanks for your input here. I wanted to mention that since your myraglass.ie site isn’t hosted on WordPress.com’s servers, the options available to you will differ from what is available on WordPress.com.
@claudiapey: Should you decide to use CSS, you can do that from Customize > CSS. We also offer help with CSS through live chat and the forum here:
https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/css-customization
With CSS, you can target specific areas of the site for visual changes.
