Change Menu Font Size

  The website I need help with is http://fisponline.org/new/

  I’m looking at the Stylesheet (style.css) and cannot find any way to change the font size of the menu or dropdown menus. What code do I need to add/modify to change the font size and how do I add/modify it. Thanks!
