Change Menu Font Size and Color in Libre Theme

    Hello … I would like to make my main navigation menu more prominent, since I have a static front page and rely on the menu to lead to content.

    Is there a way to both enlarge the font to the same size as my site title (not post title) and also change the color? I do not want to change the color of the other elements on the page.
