Change MetaData
-
I’ve had a website for about 10 years now and I just want to change the metadata keyword and description that appears on google. It somehow was included when I transferred from 1&1 to wordpress years ago. It used to be a blog but now it is my personal page for my video work. Is it possible to change the metadata in wordpress with a free account? I am trying to add the Yoast SEO plugin but it won’t let me without purchasing a business account. I can see the page source and know exactly how to change it if I could just access something that lets me change the metadata. Any ideas?

The Business upgrade includes:
• Google analytics
• Footer Credit Options https://en.support.wordpress.com/footer-credits/
• SEO Tools https://en.support.wordpress.com/seo-tools/
• The ability to install most plugins including woocommerce and the ability to install third party themes.Otherwise note that we cannot add anything at all to the <header> as we do not have access to metadata.
