Hi there –
Thanks for getting in touch. I can also see how the menu looks on mobile view.
Generally speaking, extensive menus with parent+child item set ups are going to struggle on a mobile menu view. There are a few considerations.
1. You could test some other themes and see if you like their mobile view better.2. Redo the menu so it is simpler. One thing that typically works for folks is that you can set all of the drop down information on a page instead of in the menu.
With option 2, your menu would read like this:
WHY GCAS – ACADEMICS – ABOUT – GCAS BRANCHES – STUDENT EXPERIENCE
You’ll want to create or update a page for each menu item that then links to the additional material.
When a visitor clicks on the About link from the menu they go to a page that has the sub menu items detailed on that page, rather than in the menu.

Does that make sense? Let me know if you have any other questions or need help with implementing the changes.

Hello! I need some assistance with the mobile responsive hamburger menu on my site! It does not display the correct pages and I cannot change it – it should say the following:
AcademicsWhy GCAS
About
GCAS Branches
Student Experience
It also does not display any of the drop down menu items, like the desktop version and I cannot find where to change this. Do I need to upgrade to the Pro version of the plugin? Any help is appreciated! Thank you!! -
It looks like maybe you’ve resolved this? Let us know!
Also, Elementor isn’t one of our products, and I’m not totally positive what requires pro and what doesn’t, but you can reach their support here as needed: https://elementor.com/support/
