  Hi there,

  The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites or domains with us.

  Changing the A record on a domain has to be done where your domain’s DNS is managed, so either your domain provider where you bought the domain, or the hosting provider where your site is hosted, if those aren’t the same company.
