I need a new email for this wordpress.com site because (email visible only to moderators and staff) is closed. I want my new email ( (email visible only to moderators and staff) ) as my email for this wordpress.com account. I cannot go to (email visible only to moderators and staff) to retrieve your message that directs me to click the confirmation link.

There is a single email address that can be used on only one username account and not on any others.
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You can change your email address on your accounts page at https://wordpress.com/me/account
