Change my address

  Good afternoon,
  When I created my blog It’s Juliet (address : julietsbirds.wordpress.com) a few months ago, I knew I would like to call it It’s Juliet. But, I couldn’t find a good address since itsjuliet.wordpress.com was already taken by an ‘example blog’. I had to find another idea for my address and I didn’t find anything good, that’s why I ended with those birds. But months have passed and I’ve came up with another – and better – idea but it seems that I can’t change the address anymore? Or I have to pay for it, just for changing a few words before ‘.wordpress.com’? Please, tell me that’s there is something I didn’t understand.
