hey i want to make the blog an actual blog it is for business but i actually want my customers to be able to go on here and share there storys so im not sure what the best way to do that would be. i would love for my customers to log in and anonymously share there stories.

i would love for my customers to log in and anonymously share there stories.
The first step in forming a group of contributors on a site you own is to send out invitations as described in the Inviting Contributors, Followers, and Viewers support page, assigning a user role to each invitee in the process (see the User Roles support page). Whenever a user contributes a post, they will be identified by their account username or their public display name (nickname), so it’s not entirely anonymous.
Alternatively you might consider setting up a forum on the site, but that would require a plugin and at least the Business Plan.

A blog page will be present for viewing on any WordPress.com site as long as there is at least one published post. If you want the posts displayed on the front page instead of a static page, then switch to the alternate option at Customize > Homepage Settings.
If you prefer to display the blog page somewhere other than on the front page, you may provide a link to the blog page in a Custom Menu.
