change my blog url

  Hi,
  i want to change my blog url from myblog.wordpress.com to blog.mydomain.com.

  can anyone help me with this please? what do i have to do?

  It looks like you were able to figure this out as your blog is now currently loading at your subdomain blog.directvisionmalta.org.
