Change my CC information without purchasing additional products

I am currently billed monthly and can not manage my account and have been trying repeatedly being guided to purchase more rather than just change my account details. Not Cool and should be easy to change the CC information.

There is no monthly billing at WordPress.COM. That is NOT a WordPress.com hosted blog that you are referring to. I’m sorry but we are unable to provide support for any sites that are not hosted here at WordPress.COM and our support docs do not apply to your site.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the Theme support forums there.

I was in error the billing was for akismet. I found and resolved it. It was not clear to me that the WordPress login was being used to allow access to akismet. I appreciate your response and am a bit embarrassed that I didn’t notice this immidiately.
