  I’m trying to change my domain and use the free service, but it keeps saying I have a 14 day free trial. How do I correct that?

  What is your current domain name? and what are you trying to change it to be?

  Did you purchase an upgrade? You can cancel it and request a refund if you meet refund criteria via your Manage Purchases page.
