Change my domain name

I bought a domain and host with Name Hero provider, my domain was first languageswithisa.com, then I decided to change it, so I purchase a new domain with the same company, I changed first the domain on wordpress, because I thought being same provider woudn’t be a problem, so I change it to the new one theinternationalschooloflanguages.com, on wordpress, but was not able on the host, now I don’t know what to do, error 404 shows me with both domains, I’m not able to enter to wordpress to change it , I just finish a chat with service provided by Thara, she helped me changing the domain, now is changed on Name Hero, the only issue now, is that trying to solve the issue myself I moved something on wordpress and now I lost access

Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host theinternationalschooloflanguages.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting.
To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.
Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at NameHero Hosting. As a result, we do not have access to your site and are not familiar with the source of your issue.
You definitely have the option to move your site to us so we can provide in-house help, but as it stands now, we cannot help since it is hosted elsewhere.
