Change my e-mail address

“There is a pending change of your e-mail to (email visible only to moderators and staff).”
But I can’t confirm that that is right. Not with the old e-Mail and not with the new. Plese help me to change the e-Mail adress to (email visible only to moderators and staff) – wordpress.com is the last thing related to the old mail adress, and I want to delete it.
Please help me! Thanks!

We have two separate email address settings at WordPress.com.
Blog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.
Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.

Jepp thats true, I found both. But as I said, it does not work. I’ve no other account with this e-mail address. Found the link you gave me before, the last sentence is:
“requested the change but did not receive the e-mail confirmation to finalize it” and so I try to contact the support, with this question. So… what should I do? -

When you make the change, a confirmation email is sent to the email address on your account.
Would you please check your email’s spam folder?

Jupp. And it’s nothing in the spamfolder. I’m sorry. I have checked that from the first time I tryed to change the mail address, in both e mail accounts. Nothing.

Do you have a third email address that you could try changing to? Just to rule-out any filters or problems on the receiving end.

Surprise! That other e-mail address change works. But thats the wrong account. So I hope someone from Staff can help me. Would be very sad, if I have to use the old or the false mail account for wordpress ):

Ok, you’ll need to contact the provider of the other email address and ask why they’re blocking emails from us.
They are being sent from our end, so there must be either some sort of filter or overly aggressive anti-spam protection.

It worked to get the mail to an other account with the same provider. Sounds like the anti-spam from the provider isn’t the problem. But I’ll contact…

Thanks to the support for beeing helpful. With the help of the mail provider I was able to find a solution. There has been an folder which wasn’t activated so I couldn’t see it. Topic can be closed.
