  Can you help me change my email address please? I tried but I have not received an email with a link to follow.

  Hi Tessie,

  Working through these steps to change your email address should send a confirmation email to the new address (not the existing one).

  If you haven’t done so already, it would be worth checking the spam folder in that email account, in case it has been filtered there.

  Come back to me if you are still unable to find it though.
