Change my free wordpress.com url back to previous version

  A few months ago I had to change my free wordpress.com url, but now I need to change it back.

  I get this message when I try to restore the url to the original version: ‘Sorry, that site has already been used!’

  Is it possible to restore the blog to my old free wordpress.com URL?

  I may disappoint you, but when a ‘.wordpress.com‘ blog/site address is changed it cannot be reversed back to the old one because it is reserved, so that it cannot be registered again by anyone(not even by the original owner).

  This is done to keep your blog/site from being impersonated by someone.
