change my heading

  Hi,

  i’m still working on my page (http://2019plc.ssdhost.website), and my recent question is, that i have to make the heading into a self-adjusting text instead of a picture. In this picture i have marked the picture that i want to change. My goal is for example when zooming in the heading should be always totally readable not just some parts of it. Thanks for your help in advance.
