  Dashboard – Presentation – Themes

  You can click on the [preview] link next to the name of any theme to see how your blog will look. This does not actually change your theme. To do that, click on the name of the theme you want to use.

  I’ve Found a template on the web, download it and unzip on my desktop, now what I have to do?Please help me ^^

  You do nothing with it if you have a blog hosted at wordpress.com. The only theme choices we have are the ones under Presentation-Themes. We can’t upload themes here. If you know CSS you can tweak an existing theme or start from scratch based on the sandbox theme.

  If you have a self hosted blog running wp.org software you’ll have to go to http://wordpress.org/support/

  If anyone has a paypal account I would be willing to pay 25.00 for someone to upload the daily digest 40 wordpress template to my 2 yahoo websites. Apparently I need to load the unzipped verson by FTP to both sites. Please contact me at (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I keep clicking on thename of the template I want, but I still have the default template. What could I be doing wrong?

  I see the Dusk theme on the blog linked to your username and it’s not the default theme – Kubrick is. So I assume you resolved this, but if not, then please post again.

  Yes, thanks. I finally figured it out. I had to hold down the shift key and that weird little apple key (so high-tech I am!) to get it to work. Was I supposed to know this or is it just peculiar to my iBook? Either way, I got the template I wanted. Thanks for responding.
