Change my user name–support instructions not working

  I’ve gone through the instructions under support a dozen times. When I try to transfer my newly set up blog to the name I intended to use (instead of my own name) I get an error msg: You cannot transfer to this account. Is there any way to rename my blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
