change my username to kiwimarc

  Hey
  I have two accounts, and i would like to close the account with the email (email visible only to moderators and staff) and i would like to have the username on this account

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  All the accounts have unique usernames. As you mentioned you already have account with username ‘kiwimarc’, changing this account’s username to ‘kiwimarc’ isn’t possible.

  I have a workaround though. I see you want account with this email address and the username ‘kiwimarc’. What you can do is change email address of this account to some other. Then assign this email address to the account with username ‘kiwimarc’.

  Also, you can transfer the blog from ‘golfsen’ to ‘kiwimarc’ by following the page –
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

  Once you transfer you blog and change email address of account kiwimarc then you can close the account golfsen.
  However, there is no way to delete/close a WordPress account once created. You can instead leave your account inactive by following this –
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/
