change my website address

  I am new to WordPress. I was *trying* to set up a blog to livingmylife.com which it seemed to show as available but when I got through the steps it came up as livingmylifecom.wordpress.com. That is not what I was wanting. Can we delete this address so I can start over please?

  All WordPress.com sites begin with a website address that includes the WordPress.com part.

  If you’d like to use your own domain that removes the WordPress.com portion, you can purchase a domain name (via WordPress or another service) and link that domain name to your site.

  I did look up the address livingmylife.com and while it is available, it’s considered a premium domain and it selling for $25,000!

  You can search for available domains at: http://www.whois.com
