Change my website Name

  Hello,

  I have this website on wordpress.com
  I want to change its name – first in the free version and eventually a domain
  My question is this –
  If I change my website name what will be the impact on –

• Internal Links?

Facebook and other social media shares?

• Publicize – I guess in future links with new name will be shared but what about the links already shared?
  Will I lose all my viewers and followers?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
