I don’t know whether I choose a website, portfolio, or blog and I would like to change my website to a specific one. It said you can change it later but I do not know how. can you please help me.

You can change your WordPress site to have a static front page instead of the blog layout by following the instructions here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/
In short, you just need to create a new Page, which you could call “Home” for example. Then you set that as your front page using the Customizer.

What most people call a website is merely a page based site that functions as a one-way noticeboard. As the structure is page based and as pages are for static content that rarely changes, and as pages do not have RSS feeds, and as others do not backlink to pages, it is not as attractive to search engines as a post based blog structured site is.
