Change my wordpress.com site to classic, please!

I have had a free WordPress site for several years. I have tried the new editor and find that I can NOT drop things in place. I can’t get any images where I want them. I have wasted so much time. It is so frustrating, I am ready to go to another site builder! I read that I can’t do it myself, so how do I get you to do it for me?
Please change my WordPress site back to classic or give me the option.
