  Hi there, To change the title of your existing WordPress.com website, head to your site’s dashboard under Settings>General>Site Title. Remember to click the save settings button when you’re done.

  If you meant you want to change your site’s WordPress.com address and not just the site title, you can follow this guide. https://wordpress.com/support/changing-site-address/

  Caution! Once you change your site’s address, you can’t get the old one back.
