  Typo….Need to change the name of a category.

  Go to your wp-admin menu. If you don’t see the link you can get to it by placing /wp-admin after your site address –

  https://phoebesplace.wordpress.com/wp-admin

  From that dashboard look for posts -> Categories

  You can edit your categories from that area.

  Unfortunately I only seem to have an Add Category option.
