change name on expiring domain

I have a wordpress domain bedsboatsandbeyond (multiple item )$18.00 expiring June 18th, and another primary domain panamacityconnection.org $26.00 expiring August and a custom theme $30.00 expiring July.
I want to change my domain name to panamacruiserconnection.com and when I went to upgrades it said it would be free and it also showed panamacityconnection.org also as free but then there was a total of $99 and an invoice to complete.
What do I need to do to achieve my current blog to be found at the web address http://www.panamacruiserconnection.com.
Should I renew old domains, drop them and buy a new one, why $99.

$99 is the cost of the Premium plan, which includes a domain registration. But you can purchase just a domain registration only, if you prefer.
It sounds like what you want is just to register panamacruiserconnection.com , which you can do here for $18 per year:
After that, go to https://wordpress.com/my-domains and make sure panamacruiserconnection.com is set to be your site’s Primary domain.
If you’re done with bedsboatsandbeyond.com I can cancel it for you, or you can keep it renewed and it will just point to panamacruiserconnection.com. Same thing with panamacityconnection.org. We can also move them to entirely different sites if you want. Just let me know your preference.

It expires on June 8th, so we can wait until then if you prefer, but you’ll get some renewal reminder emails that you can just ignore. :)

Hi there, I’ll just wait and make sure I don’t have auto renew on. Panamacityconnection.org expires in August I believe what happens if I let that go too? Also is the custom design fee of $30 due annually?

You currently have auto-renewed enabled on panamacruiserconnection.com , but no other upgrades.
panamacityconnection.org actually expires on September 18th, your past auto-renews would’ve gone through in August because we auto-renew 30 days before the expiration date. It gives us time to work with you on any issues that may come up before the domain expires.
If you don’t want to renew the domain, it’s just best to cancel it before expiration. But we send you reminders leading up to that date, so you can reply to one of those that you want to cancel panamacityconnection.org instead of renewing it — that way you get your full money’s worth out of it.
The custom design is renewed annually, yes. You had auto-renew enabled on it, but the card used will expire by the next renewal. So if you want to re-enable that auto-renew you can do that here:
