You must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the domain mapping for it.
If you’ve registered your domain through WordPress.com and now want it to point to a blog or website hosted elsewhere then you can do this by updating the nameservers.

Are you trying to update the name servers because you are mapping to a blog here? If so – the name servers are set correctly to WordPress.COM and the domain mapping for menighetsressurs.com. works for me to a blog here on WordPress.COM
You should only need to change the name servers if you are moving off WordPress.COM to a different host (such as Network Solutions etc)
