Change Name Servers

    Hi,

    I have recently bought a domain through domain.com I have updated my WordPress to have my new domain in the homepage title but would like to be able to share my blogs while having the new domain name in the blog title as opposed to owenlewisire.wordpress.com/newblog I would like owenlewisire.com/newblog I am being directed by WordPress to add mapping which is at a cost. I have been advised it is possible to change this name server to the format I want for free. Any direction?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Since you’ve purchased your domain through another service you’ll want to map it to your WordPress.com account to show your WordPress.com site. We recommend doing this through the name servers: https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/

    There is an annual fee for WordPress.com Personal Plan which includes domain mapping.
