change name servers not working

  I followed this https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/change-name-servers/
  and it’s not working. i can’t transfer my name server because i don’t have the option to do so
  also my site is ‘parked’ and i dont know why

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What’s the domain name you’re trying to manage? It sounds like we need to have staff get it back because it was accidentally cancelled.

  That’s breathtakingbeautystudio.com, and the wish is to restore the domain name to point it to another host. I’m tagging this now with modlook to have staff assist.

  hello thank you Darcie!

  I cancelled the upgrade, but didn’t want to cancel the domain name. I paid $48 and got a $30 refund (because I wanted to keep the name)

  I would love to have the domain back thank you!!
